Online Training Programme Contract

Fachadas Coaching supplies pre-designed digital fitness and training programmes for the Customer’s independent, personal use. Unless expressly stated in the product description, the purchase does not include in-person sessions, supervision, ongoing coaching, weekly check-ins, individual nutritional or medical advice, or unlimited revisions. The programme is supplied as described at checkout.

The Customer receives a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the purchased digital programme. Any download, access period or compatibility restrictions will be disclosed before purchase. Access is not an ongoing coaching arrangement.

Programmes are supplied as Google Sheets. A free Google account is needed to save your own copy, which you can then open on a phone, tablet or computer.

The displayed purchase price is payable in full before programme delivery unless otherwise agreed. This is a one-off purchase, not a recurring subscription, unless expressly stated at checkout.

All purchases made through Fachadas Coaching are considered final. Once the Customer has expressly consented to immediate digital delivery, and payment for the programme has been undergone, no refunds will be issued for a change of mind under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the programme, failure to follow or complete it, changes in personal circumstances, or failure to achieve desired results.

If the Customer is dissatisfied, they may contact Pedro Fachadas to explain their concerns. Each request may be reviewed individually and reasonable programme adjustments may be offered at Fachadas Coaching’s discretion. Modifications are not guaranteed and do not include ongoing coaching or unlimited revisions.

All programme materials, written instructions, designs and associated resources remain the intellectual property of Fachadas Coaching or their respective rights holders. They are licensed only for the original purchaser’s personal use.

The Customer must not copy for distribution, share, publish, upload, resell, redistribute, commercially exploit, or falsely claim authorship of the materials without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised distribution or resale may lead to legal action, including removal requests, injunctions, damages and recovery of costs where permitted by law.

Exercise involves inherent risks. The Customer is responsible for considering their health, fitness level and physical limitations before starting, using suitable technique and equipment, selecting appropriate loads, and stopping exercise if concerning symptoms arise. Individuals with injuries, medical conditions or concerns about exercise should seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before participating.

Pedro Fachadas does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment and is not acting as a doctor or registered dietitian through this sale. The programme is educational fitness content, not a substitute for medical care.

The Customer agrees to use the programme responsibly and independently, to follow relevant safety instructions, and to seek professional guidance when unsure of exercise suitability. Results depend on many individual factors, including training consistency, nutrition, recovery and health. No specific fat loss, muscle gain, strength increase or timeframe is guaranteed.

Fachadas Coaching is not responsible for injury or loss caused solely by the Customer’s misuse of equipment, disregard of safety guidance or circumstances outside the Provider’s reasonable control. Nothing in this Contract excludes or restricts liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Personal information used to process purchases, deliver programmes and respond to enquiries will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection law. Further details are in the Fachadas Coaching Privacy Policy.

Fachadas Coaching may investigate suspected misuse of its materials and take proportionate enforcement action following a material breach, including requesting removal of unauthorised copies, restricting access where lawful, or pursuing available legal remedies. This does not remove the Customer’s statutory rights.

This Contract is governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing mandatory consumer protections or jurisdictional rights. Together with the programme description and purchase information supplied at checkout, these terms form the agreement for the purchase. The version accepted at purchase generally applies to that transaction.
